By using ToolOnTap you agree to these terms. They’re short, and written to be read.

The service

ToolOnTap provides free online tools that run in your browser. You don’t need an account, and you can use the tools for personal and commercial work.

Your files and your responsibility

• Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us. You stay responsible for them, including keeping your own copies.
• Only use files you have the right to use and change.
• Check results before you rely on them. For example, a passport or ID photo can still be rejected for reasons such as lighting or expression, and an upload form may apply its own rules.

Accuracy

We try to keep sizes, limits and other information accurate, but official requirements and platform rules change. Always confirm important requirements with the organization that sets them.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that they’ll be available at all times, free of errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ToolOnTap isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its tools, including lost files, rejected applications or missed deadlines.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated traffic, or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party content

The site shows ads from Google and links to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices. See our privacy policy for how ads use cookies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
